The hair in excellent condition has a water content of at least 8% and the right equilibrium of proteins and natural oil. Most of us produce enough natural oil to keep our hair healthy, but lacks hydration. Following a chemical treatment (permanent or color) the moisture content of hair may be reduced to 2%, drying the hair and cause split ends. The same happens with the constant use of hair dryer and straightened.
If the level of hydration of the hair is not reported to the optimum level with the use of a moisturizing product for hair, these become dry and brittle, and will break easily. Buy a good moisturizer for hair to eliminate frizz, or at least reduce it.
1. Use a moisturizing shampoo specifically to bring the moisture of hair at the optimum level.
2. Use a strong conditioner to repair damaged cuticles, improve porosity, elasticity and general health and appearance of your hair.
3. Avoid chemicals preferring products that contain natural ingredients.
4. Avoids treatments using hot oil, balm too fat, and products based on oil and silicon. Also avoid hair spray, gel and hairspray, which have a high content of alcohol or butane. Our hair needs moisture, hydration and hydration yet! Who needs most of all to moisturize the own hair? People with naturally curly hair, chemically treated, or subjected to constant stress of the dryer and the plate, or the people who live in the hot, arid climate.
